2006年3月東京大学より博士号 (情報理工学) 取得。同年4月より東京大学大学院情報理工学系研究科・助手。2007年4月より同研究科助教。2012年4月より理化学研究所計算科学研究機構・利用高度化研究チーム、チームリーダー (2016年4月より2017年3月まで兼務)。2016年4月よりSTAIR主席研究員。
プログラム検証・解析とシステムソフトウェアについての研究や、大規模並列計算機を使い易くするための研究などソフトウェア技術に関する研究・開発に従事。コアにあるのはソフトウェアと計算機への興味と夢と希望。
He received his Ph.D. in Information Science and Technology from the University of Tokyo in 2006. From Apr. 2006 to Mar. 2007, he was a Research Assistant at Graduate School of Information Science and Technology of the University of Tokyo. From Apr. 2007 to Mar. 2012, he was a Research Associate at Graduate School of Information Science and Technology of the University of Tokyo. From Apr. 2012 to Mar. 2016, he was a Team Leader of HPC Usability Research Team of RIKEN Advanced Institute for Computational Science. From Apr. 2016 to Mar. 2017, he was a Part-Time Team Leader of HPC Usability Research Team of RIKEN Advanced Institute for Computational Science. From Apr. 2016, he is a Principal Research Scientist at STAIR.
He is working on research/development in software technology, which include research in program analysis/verification, systems software, usability improvements of massively parallel computers, and so on. He is driven by interests, hopes, and dreams for software and computers.
