Masashi Shimbo received Ph.D in Information Engineering from Kyoto University in 2000. After working as an Assistant/Associate Professor at Ibaraki University and Nara Institute of Technology, he is currently a Principal Research Scientist with Software Technology and Research Lab., Chiba Institute of Technology.
